Tools Overview

We each contain within us all the ingredients for a full and complete life.  School education has stressed our intellect and athletic ability and neglected others capacities that are equally important to our happiness and wellness.  In our workshops and coaching practice, we help you to develop practices to exercise these other parts of your being.  Just as we brush our teeth and exercise our muscles daily, we can learn to exercise our mindfulness, awareness, intuitive insight, emotional wisdom, self-expression and compassion to be the most that we can be in our lives.

The following practices are simple exercises you can use.  Personal instruction in these tools and many more are given in our workshops and coaching sessions.
