Coaching Overview

Coaching is an inspirational, supportive and personal relationship between a coach and client.  In the Center for Creative Intelligence, we believe that this relationship is grounded in the essential goodness and boundless possibilities of human nature.

The focus of the coaching relationship can be narrow or wide, but it is always defined and progress should be evaluated to make sure it creating benefit and value.  Benefit and value derive from setting clear goals, remaining committed, and going beyond your fears.  The coach's role is to help you unfold your dreams on this journey.

Our life is composed of many sectors.  We may function well in some, and feel that we fail miserably in others.  Getting our life in harmony and balance is an important step in our personal evolution towards wholeness.  Gayle calls her style of personal coaching evolutionary because it considers and encourages  opening of your heart, fearlessly facing your emotions, and healing your personal relationships as necessary ingredients in the journey to expressing your highest and best self.  When you honestly face yourself in these ways, then career, money health, relationships all become workable, resulting in a life of greater joy!

Creative Meditation Coaching

Mindfulness, awareness, gentleness, compassion and contemplation are capacities that need to be nurtured in each of us. They are like undeveloped muscles.  We all understand how helpful a personal coach can be in athletics and fitness.  The meditation coaching relationship is encouragement for the heart/mind. Even after receiving initial meditation instructions, a relationship with an experienced meditation coach is essential to fully developing these qualities of our being.  Without guidance, we can all too easily fall back into our old habits.  Gayle has been teaching mediation and serving as a personal mediation instructor for more than 25 years.
