Deborah Vetter
Deborah Vetter is a Co-Founder of Center for Creative Intelligence, and currently works as an Expressive Arts and Healing Facilitator and Life Skills Instructor for The Costello Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. She holds certificates in mindfulness meditative therapy, journal therapy and clay therapy. She holds a certificate in Art and Healing from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. As a member of the International Expressive Art Therapy Association, she recently participated in the 2009 IEATA conference held in Boston.
Deborah is also a writer and artist with a B.A. in English and Fine Arts from Bucknell University. In addition, she will complete a two-year program in July 2011 to become an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner. Deborah is a member of Shambhala International and practices mindfulness meditation. She has served as a community volunteer for 25 years as a tutor, mentor, literacy project chair, and art appreciation instructor. She also facilitates art sessions at Brookwood, A Young Women's Residence, a therapeutic group home for teenage girls.
Deborah has two children, Chris, 23, a graduate of University of Southern California, and Caroline, 20, a junior at Florida State University. Deborah lives in St. Petersburg, Florida.
